PROFILE
Building a top-performing organisation starts with great strategy and clear foresight - the important ingredients in designing the future organisation that will deliver high quality products and services and increased value to stakeholders.
It involves choosing the right priorities, building an organisation with the right people in the right roles, communicating effectively within the organisation and with customers, implementing brilliant processes and systems, and continuing to adapt in a world of accelerating change.
We are passionate about all these things.

OUR EXPERIENCE
In recent years, John Draper Consulting has led the development of the strategy and business cases for the transformation programmes of major New Zealand Government agencies collectively valued in excess of $200M. These programmes, now being implemented, are delivering for these agencies stronger strategic performance, significant efficiencies and savings, improved customer service and reduced costs.
A key focus in recent years has been the impact and application of new technologies and social media to business. John Draper Consulting has assisted organisations to understand how they can take advantage of these changes to build a more cohesive and agile business, and to add value through cost savings and efficiency gains.
In 2006, we led the New Zealand Government's ICT Expenditure Review, which looked at investment in ICT across the entire government sector and made recommendations about how to target investment to deliver increased productivity.
